Luxury Rental with View of Football Stadium and 2 Blocks from Toomer's Corner

This 3 bedroom/3 Bath Condo is located in Legends of Magnolia two blocks from Toomer's Corner. Prime location for all of Auburn's academic and sporting events as it sits across from campus. The balcony overlooks Auburn University and has a view of the football stadium and Jumbotron.

Excellently furnished throughout and clean. Premium finishes include hardwood and tile floors and granite counter tops. Open floor plan in the kitchen and sitting area ensures quality time with friends and family. The den has a large flat screen TV and speakers with Bluetooth technology. Kitchen comes fully equipped to handle all your needs and even has a separate icemaker. More than 6 people can dine in the kitchen bar and pub sitting area. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. All three bedrooms have flat screen TVs and walk-in closets. Two bedrooms include queen beds while the master bedroom features a king-size sleigh bed. All bathrooms have granite counter tops and the master bathroom features a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The balcony includes a gas grill, dining and sitting areas, and shades that rolls down on sunny days.

We stayed here for graduation. Booking was easy and had no trouble contacting owner with a parking question after arrival. Condo was lovely and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. We were there for college visit at Auburn and were able to walk everywhere. Great location perfectly appointed. Easy rental process. Never had any direct contact with the property manager so we were a little nervous but received check in info via email and everything worked out perfectly. Best Place to Stay

We stayed at this absolutely beautiful, well appointed condo while celebrating my son’s graduation. The owner was very responsive and the condo was even better in person. Beds were extremely comfortable and the outside balcony was wonderful to relax in the rocking chairs. We made great memories and can’t wait to stay here again.
