We offer you to privatize all three independent apartments on the first floor of our villa. An ideal configuration for families, groups of friends or several couples wishing to stay together while each maintaining their space and privacy. Three independent apartments. The property includes: L'Espiguette: a pleasant T2 that can accommodate up to 4 people, with a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Possibility of a baby bed. Canopy: a comfortable T2 for 2 people, with its independent bedroom. Possibility of a baby bed. L'Occitan a cozy studio that can accommodate 2 people. Possibility of a baby bed. The three apartments are completely independent and do not communicate with each other. They each have their own living space, an equipped kitchen and all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. The apartments have been completely renovated in 2023 and are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and everything you need to cook. A large garden to take full advantage of the outdoors. The property benefits from a magnificent garden of 1,500 m², surrounded by oaks and olive trees. You can enjoy various outdoor spaces to relax, have lunch or share a convivial moment with family or friends amis.La property has private terraces, a swimming pool area, a petanque court, a ping pong table and bicycles available gratuitement.La 8 m x 4 swimming pool is at your disposal to enjoy the beautiful sunny days of the Gard. For security and organisational reasons, access to it is governed by a badge system. Secure parking is also available within the property. A family property. We, the owners, live on the first floor of the villa. We are therefore present on site, while making sure to fully respect your tranquillity and your privacy and independence. Our presence simply allows us to be available if you need advice, information or help during your stay. We like to welcome our travellers and help them discover our region, while leaving everyone the freedom to enjoy their holidays to the fullest. An ideal location to discover Occitania, the property is in the immediate vicinity of the village of Aubais and Aigues-Vives, with its shops and services, and a few minutes from the A9 motorway. Its location makes it easy to travel between Nîmes and Montpellier, while being close to many tourist sites. You can easily discover: Nîmes and its famous arenas, LePont du Gard, Uzès, Anduze and the Cévennes, the Gorges de l'Hérault, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, the beaches of La Grande-Motte and the Mediterranean coast, the Camargues, Montpellier, the villages and wine estates of the Gard and Hérault. The sea can be reached in about 30 minutes by car and the A9 motorway is less than 10 minutes away.
