'The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing...

'Unfortunately they were paving the parking lot so we had to park way out back and bring our luggage in through the back way . Just a long walk and hard to roll suitcases through a dirt parking lot ! The staff was apologetic and We understood that there was really nothing they could do about it . The breakfast was adequate but wish they offered yogurt, English muffins/bagels as choices for those who don’t like waffles, sausages, or scrambled eggs. 'Large king bedded room with easy chair and ottoman. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower. The free breakfast was a “full” breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, fruit and pastries. So much better than a limited service hotel with small rooms and questionable breakfast. And, priced lower than the typical “name brand” select service hotels on highway exits. Enjoyed my stay!'

'Our “window” didn’t face anywhere outside, we opened the shade and saw the LOBBY!! NO daylight at all, EVER. So, had to keep the shade closed all the time or anyone and everyone walking in the lobby could see right in our room. It also smelled horrible. Musty smell and when we mentioned it to the front desk, all they did was spray deodorizer which lasted maybe a couple hours. We don’t plan on staying there next year when we go back to Buffalo.'

'Everything was very private and no one bothered you if you didn't want them to. The room was very nice and big and clean and perfect for our week long stay. The parking lot was very well lit so it felt very safe. Also had a great breakfast and right next to coffee shop if you wanted to get something else in the morning. Also great late night snack options in the vending machines!'

'Worst Hampton Inn experience. The bathtub won't drain and I ended up standing in a pool of water while taking a shower. The shampoo bottle was not attached to the wall. The phone wasn't plugged in. The TV has no internet nor apps. At breakfast we had to wait for 15 minutes for some omelets. There were only 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel. The pool had hand towels, not body towels. The staff was very uncaring. We wouldn't be staying here again.'
