Welcome to Ocean City's most popular vacation area. Located near the corner of 11th & Wesley Avenue (just up the block from the Historic Flanders Hotel), the property is just steps to the life guarded beach (Memorial Day to Labor Day), the boardwalk, shops & amusements and the downtown shopping district. This large, luxurious, first floor, smoke-free condominium is the place to be for all your

The unit has every amenity; with a 55" 4k HD Ultra TV and home theater in the living room and Flat Panel HD TVs in each bedroom A new automatic gas fireplace was just installed (Feb 2017). Free High Speed Wireless Internet is also included.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a range, dishwasher, microwave, ice-maker and all the other conveniences a gourmet chef could want.

The Master suite, which includes a private bath, features King size Tommy Bahama bedroom furnishings. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom comes with twin beds for the kids, and the 4th bedroom features a 'bunked' double/twin. Each bedroom has lots of closet space. Also included is a private outdoor hot water shower.

Tons of sunshine with the right amount of shade are found on the front and rear porches that are perfect for outdoor entertaining or just relaxing with a good book. These are just some of the features that await you at this great vacation home at the Jersey shore.

We totally enjoyed a few days in this beautiful home. Check in and out couldnt have been easier. Loved that info was sent ahead of time with all information we would need. Including information on how to use TV. Great location for walk on boardwalk and downtown shopping and lunches at Cafés. Would love to return.

So the stay was ok.The kids had a great stay thoUpon checking in was complicated cause you had to go thru the garage door with the codeTha balcony door for the master room is broke can't get in & out Thank god i also brought my own cleaning products cause the rug in the master room has a strong odor had to spray down the rug.Don was very responsive until i texted about a big bug that crawled outta the coffee pot after i put my coffee & was about to put the water here comes this BIG OH BUG He was very communicating until i textex aboit the big

Great location!

We had an enjoyable stay at this home! It was just the right size for our group of four women. The house was bright and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped with up-to-date appliances. We appreciated the water pressure in the showers. There was plenty of parking in the garage, behind the garage, and on the street. The home is attractively decorated. We found most of the beds to be too firm, and even though the living room furniture was nice looking, the cushions were a bit too worn and slightly uncomfortable.

OCNJ Beach House

We had a great stay at this house over a long weekend in early October. The house was located at a great spot along the Ocean City boardwalk and was a short walk from both the beach and boardwalk. The house was well maintained and comfortable. The host was great to work with and communicated with me through the entire property. We would love to stay at this house again if the need ever arose.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful time while staying at Don's property. We have been coming to OCNJ for the last 32 years, and we all agreed that this stay was our favorite. The house is the absolute perfect location, just a short walk from the boardwalk and beach. Don's hospitality and communication was unmatched and was truly a pleasure to speak with. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future!

Cant beat the location

This is the third time we have stayed at this property when coming to OCNJ since 2016 and the best part about this rental is how close it is to the beach/boardwalk and the shops and food/coffee on Asbury. Don is super responsive and easy to work with. The only downside is as others have mentioned, the queen bed is so noisy and the furniture in the living room is definitely worn and uncomfortable. I think with a few upgrades to the house and some new living room furniture this place would be a 10/10. Our family had a great week at the beach!

We had to get out of our home for a week as our hardwood floors were being re-finished so we figured we'd go to one of our favorite places, OCNJ! We stayed at this VRBO and it was just perfect! Perfect fall getaway!

The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and close to all of our favorite places in Ocean City. The neighborhood was quiet during our stay and the boardwalk is a short walk away. Added bonus that our dog was allowed to stay at the property with us! We were sad to leave at the end of our stay, and hope to return some day!

Can't beat location!

Stayed the week leading up to Memorial Day. Location was prime for our child under 2. Quick and easy to get on/off boardwalk, beach. Garage was great to leave all of our beach items. Plenty of space in the house. Definitely would like to rent from Don again.
