Just 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, this 1910 home blends original character with modern comfort. With a private driveway and a rare backyard featuring a deck, grill, and turf lounge area, it’s perfect for family trips, group getaways, and coastal weekends.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
-Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request depending on scheduling.
-The fireplace is non-functioning and for decorative purposes only
-A spiral staircase leads to the loft and may not be suitable for young children or guests with mobility concerns
-The home includes a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared between two adjoining bedrooms
-A whole-home dehumidifier is located in the basement and will operate intermittently during your stay
-Outdoor security cameras are installed for guest safety and property protection
-For late arrivals, please notify us in advance so we can ensure a smooth check-in experience
-No pets are permitted due to severe allergies
-The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay; for adult-only groups, all guests must be 25+
-Essential supplies are provided in starter quantities; additional items can be purchased as needed during your stay

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Our cancellation policy is enforced as outlined at booking, and travel insurance can help cover unexpected events such as illness, custody matters, weather disruptions, or other last-minute changes.

The Bartram was our very first beach house, and it holds a special place in our hearts. Over the years, we’ve carefully maintained and thoughtfully updated it to create a space that feels both welcoming and comfortable for our guests.

This isn’t part of a large management company—it’s one of two homes we personally care for and spend time in ourselves. Because of that, we’re deeply hands-on and take pride in making sure everything feels clean, easy, and well cared for.

We designed The Bartram to feel like a true beach home: relaxed, lived-in, and perfect for gathering with the people you love.
