Our kitchen is a culinary haven, ready to host your family feasts or quick snacks before the beach. Slumber in comfort in any of our three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom, with its plush queen bed and soothing decor, offers a tranquil retreat for rest and rejuvenation. The second bedroom echoes this sense of calm with another sumptuous queen bed. For versatility, the third bedroom features a unique double futon with a twin bunk above, ideal for additional guests or children.

★ CONVENIENT IN-UNIT LAUNDRY ★
For your convenience, our in-unit laundry facilities, featuring a full-size washer and dryer, are at your disposal, ensuring that you can pack light and keep your beachwear fresh throughout your stay.

★ DINING AND ENTERTAINMENT ★
Gather around our dining table, where six can dine comfortably, sharing meals and stories of the day’s adventures. In the living area, a flat-screen TV equipped with Roku provides endless entertainment options for a night in or a lazy afternoon.

Please note: this apartment is located on the first floor of the two-story condo. Additionally, you will have access to a shared backyard, providing a great outdoor space for relaxation and enjoyment.

Welcome to our snug living room, a light-filled space with a big, soft sofa waiting to hug you after a day at the beach. There's a large TV for your favorite movies and shelves bursting with books and games - your treasure chest for fun.

★ BEDROOMS - DREAM A LITTLE DREAM ★
Dreamland awaits in three lovely bedrooms, each with beds so comfy you might want to sleep in every day.
⓵ The main bedroom with a bed big enough to stretch out in.
⓶ A second nest with a queen bed, as snug as a bug.
⓷ A third room with a bunk setup - a double bed below and a twin up top, just right for adventurers.

★ BATHROOMS - SPLISH SPLASH ★
Two sparkly clean bathrooms mean more time for splashing and less time waiting.
⓵ A refreshing shower that sings with you.
⓶ A bathtub to soak in, bubble up and unwind.

★ KITCHEN - MAGIC IN THE MAKING ★
Our kitchen's got everything you need to whip up a feast or a snack. Pots and pans, a stove to cook on, and a coffee maker for your morning brew. It's a place to make magic with food and share it around the dining table.

★ PORCH - A BREATH OF FRESH AIR ★
Out on the porch, you can breathe in the salty sea air and watch the world go by, with a seat just for you. It's a little corner of the world to call your own.

Other Things to Note:
▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.

▶ This home is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted. Ensuring the safety and privacy of our property and neighbors is a priority.

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.

▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.

▶ Trash should be placed in the trashcans located in the driveway. Trash bags should be sealed to prevent spillage and odors. Please follow local trash collection schedules and guidelines to maintain cleanliness and compliance with community standards.

▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
