This centrally-located 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home in a quiet, convenient location is just steps to the beach, boardwalk, shopping and great restaurants. The rental comes equipped with space to park two cars (one in an enclosed garage). Relax in the comfort of central air-conditioning or sip your morning coffee on one of two fully-furnished private decks. The cathedral ceiling-ed great room features a dining area that seats 10 people. Your group will sleep in comfort in the two queen-sized beds, two sets of bunk beds and a full-sized futon. For your convenience there is an outdoor shower with hot water and ample storage for your beach gear in the garage. The property's address is 1259 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, NJ.

The living room has just been updated with a new 42" Smart HDTV television. You can use the TV to connect to Netflix, Hulu Plus, Amazon and many other streaming services to view your favorite movies and TV shows (Note: Account is not included. You must login to these services using your own account).

We require that our renters be at least 22 years old.

This property is located in Ocean City, New Jersey, America's greatest family resort. Ocean City is a family oriented resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean about 20 minutes south of the Atlantic City casinos. Most of our beaches are lifeguard protected in the summer. There is a bayfront area for water-sports, fishing charters, and boat rentals. We have a 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, and restaurants. There is a music pier entertainment venue built out over the ocean for concerts and other events.

Clean and ready to enjoy when we arrived. Wifi access was easy, but my wife experienced weaker wifi in the back bedroom. The futon mattress in the living room area wasnt that comfortable. Easy four block walk to the boardwalk and beach.

Great location and plenty of space!

We really enjoyed our stay. There was so much space and it was perfect for our lady's weekend! The location was great, right on Asbury near all of the shops and just a short walk to the beach. Only very, minor negative is that the living room furniture isn't the most comfortable. But when you're out and about that isn't a major deal. Would definitely stay here again!!

Charming & close to the boardwalk

Overall we had a great experience. But when we arrived we didn’t realize there were so many stairs. It was a challenge Carrying luggage & food. The house was kind of stinky as well. However the kitchen was great for entertaining and rooms were comfy. We also enjoyed the patio! Thanks!

Sea breeze is located in the heart of OCNJ. Just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Lovely, clean and filled with all the amenities. Owners could not be nicer!

We had an AWESOME time. 3 nights/ 4 days Beach and boardwalk was 3 blocks walking distance. My kids went to the pier/ boardwalk every night to enjoy the rides and the beach every afternoon. The family enjoyed the living space and the decks. The Condo was clean and neat. Jason (owner) was very accommodating - timely responses on everything we needed. We are looking forward to stay here again - next time 7 days — it’s worth it.

Delightful getaway

This apartment couldn't have been more perfect for our group of two grandparents, two parents, and four little boys. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood but within about 3 blocks from the beach - an easy walk. There were several good places to eat in the neighborhood, and a Wawa within a block. The four bunk beds were just right. The kitchen was well equipped, the TVs were good quality as was the wifi. Just be aware that the apartment is on the third floor so be in good enough shape to climb, especially with suitcases! My only suggestion - a plastic shower liner in addition to the cloth shower curtain in the shared bathroom, and a new shower head there. Thank you for letting us stay at Sea Breeze. The visit was too short and we hope to return some day.

Terrific!

My friends and I stayed here for the weekend and the pictures don’t do any justice for how nice the condo was. The owner was very accommodating and gave clear instructions to everything from check in to check out. We even went down to AC and it wasn’t too far ! We would definitely come back. Thank you again!

We enjoyed our stay! Condo well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, books, and games! We would have liked more comfortable furniture in living room area. Futon made a really good bed but so so couch. We had a couple of rainy days so were all inside, 5 adults and two children. Also, too many steps!

Host was very accommodating. Provided many amenities-Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, DVD player, etc. loved the open floor plan with living room, large dining table and full kitchen. Very welcoming to family gathering. Absolutely loved the wall of windows and the front deck! Very roomy. The large capacity washer and dryer was a real blessing for washing beach towels, bath towels, and bathing suits. Many comforts of home were also provided such as games and books for both adults and kids. Loved reading aloud to my four year old granddaughter. Would highly recommend this home. Close to beach and within walking distance to restaurants, amusement rides and shops. Great idea having the keyless entries!!! Lovely property. Thank you.
