Step inside a thoughtfully designed coastal getaway. The open-plan living area greets you with high ceilings, natural light, and a relaxing vibe. A spacious sectional sofa invites you to unwind, whether you're catching up on a favorite show on the 65” smart TV or enjoying a quiet evening with board games or cards.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from simple breakfasts to family dinners. Stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating, and a dining area provide all the space and tools you need. Mornings start effortlessly with a coffee bar stocked with coffee, tea, and creamer, so you’re ready to take on the day.

Upstairs, you’ll find bedrooms designed with your relaxation in mind. The primary bedroom offers you a peaceful retreat with a king-sized bed, beach-inspired décor, and blackout shades for a great night’s sleep. Unwind with the smart TV and adjust the ductless AC to your perfect comfort level. In the second bedroom, stretch out on the queen bed and step onto your private balcony to take in bay views or enjoy a quiet moment. The third bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a calm, coastal feel—perfect for resting and recharging.

You’ll enjoy a spacious main bathroom with a double vanity, a large shower, and a jacuzzi tub—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. On the first floor, a convenient half bath is always within easy reach.

Step outside where you’ll find the fully enclosed backyard that offers plenty of room to spread out or play yard games or fire up the propane grill for your summer barbecue.

Entering the main house requires 1-2 steps. The bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs which takes about 15 steps and there is a hand railing to assist in walking up the stairs. The half bathroom is on the main floor and there are two additional steps between the living area and the dining area before reaching the half bathroom and kitchen areas.

When staying at this property, there is a "management fee." This is a damage waiver that covers our guests for up to $1,500 in damages in lieu of securing a security deposit.

The property also consists of a cottage in the rear that is also rented to guests. That unit has a separate entrance at the top of the driveway. This unit is the "main" home and none of the amenities are shared with the other unit. Guests can expect that the backyard is shared with the guests from the cottage because the backyard is how the cottage is accessed. Because of this, all pets must remain on leash in the backyard.
