Joe's condo was a perfect spot for my husband and I during our long weekend stay in Brigantine. My highest priority in a rental is cleanliness - the kind of cleanliness that doesn't just look good at first glance but that is evident in every inch of the unit. This condo is immaculate! And as others have said, so nicely decorated and well furnished. To be clear, it is a studio, but an extremely well-designed studio with attractive and comfortable furniture, a 4 minute walk down a deadend street to a beautiful, quiet beach. Standouts:* immaculate* proximity to beautiful beach* extremely well-equipped kitchen* attractively decorated* attractive and very functional living room seating that convert to twin beds* comfortable queen bed* new beach chairs to bring to beach* welcome basket of yummy treats and delicious Ocean City ground coffee* unique coffeemaker that brews both k-cups and ground coffee* comfortably large bathroom with great shower* again, so clean you could eat off the floor :)

The condo was just what we needed for our family getaway to the beach. It had everything needed to make our stay comfortable and feel like home. There were even cookies and snacks to welcome us! The room was super cute, and everything was clean and well maintained. We loved the corner bed; it was so cozy. Our 12-year-old was able to use the twin fold out bed, but it was a tad small for our older teenager. For him, we ended up using a blow-up mattress we had packed, and it fit in the room just fine. Joe was amazing to work with; he was very accessible and wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Thanks for a memorable experience, we will highly recommend this condo to our family and friends!

Way Above and Beyond Expectations

From the moment we walked in we were so impressed. The unit is so well decorated Every inch of the condo was so well thought out Just absolutely beautiful It truly felt like home. The hospitality, you just can’t ask for anything better from the delicious cookies to the birthday cake for my wife and the coffee WOW We have been telling everyone of our fantastic and wonderful experience We will returning many times in the near future Thank you so much for a wonderful experience

We loved the place!

We had the best week ever. We were down for a hockey camp in Atlantic City. This was a great location and a perfect size for the two of us. The place was decorated perfectly with some nice snacks left from the owners. We loved that it had everything we needed for the without packing much We love the easy walk to the beach. Perfect in every way.

My partner and I had an excellent two night stay. The place was exactly like it is described, immaculate and well stocked with the essentials. We enjoyed a dip in the pool after checking in before going out for dinner. The next day a quick and pleasant walk to the beach where we spent the entire day.Communication and instruction from the landlord were excellent. And is on our favorite list for a return visit.

Beautiful, quiet, stay in Brigantine. Joe was extremely responsive to our conserns about a lighting issue, which turned out to be a user issue (oops). The studio had everything we needed, from toiletries, to localcoffee grinds. The personal touches, from complimentary wine to the fresh cookies, made us feel so special. The custom wooden enclosed bed, WITH A CEILING FAN INSIDE, was amazing!!! I will be putting my husband to work to try to replicate it! So cozy!!! We truly ourselves. The proximity too AC was great too, only a 12 lyft ride, was well worth it! We'll surely be back! Thank you Joe!!!

Such a cute apartment

The apartment was perfect for the two of us, it was a cute roomy studio, stocked with plenty of kitchen and bathroom items. The bed was a queen, so perfect for two and very comfortable. And it was nice to have a balcony area to enjoy the nice weather. The host was very kind and responsive. There was a welcome package with pastries which were delicious! Joe helped us out with any questions we had very quickly and kindly. We had a great weekend :)

Cozy and Clean !

Perfect for a double or a single like me. The place appears freshly refurbished with new flooring and shelving. Pool was closed for the season but the surf at 44th Street was refreshing and not to cold for October. Golf Course fun as usual my main draw to the island. Joe was responsive to my questions via text or email. Would like to return next year !

We recently stayed at this cozy studio apartment in Brigantine, New Jersey, and had a fantastic experience! The host was extremely responsive, quickly answering any questions we had. They also went above and beyond by leaving treats and bottled water for us upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for a relaxing beach getaway. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Everything was neat and clean. The apartment was very close to beach and restaurants. The only drawback or misunderstanding on my part was that we thought it was a one bedroom apartment but it was a studio apartment. The description on the listing made it seem as if it was a one bedroom apartment. otherwise everything was very nice!

Perfect Quiet and clean condo

What a wonderful property! The condo is clean , comfortable, and well furnished! Everything is new and well maintained! The beach is close by and the little balcony is wonderful for drinks. The owners are friendly and helpful. A wonderful escape for peace and quiet. I would highly recommend!

Cute Getaway

We had a fantastic stay here. Don’t judge a book buy its cover. The outside of the building is a little dated but the owner did an amazing job of renovating the inside to be a wonderful little oasis. While the room is small it’s also a perfect size which a built in custom bed frame that allows you to separate that space from the rest of the studio apartment. It’s only a few blocks from the beach so really easy to get to. Be aware that the beach is really wide at this point so it’s more like a 10 min walk to the actual sand vs a 5 min, but it’s a cute walk through the natural flora. All in all it was really cute and would definitely stay there again.

Family Beach Weekend
