Our family-owned villa can accommodate up to 6 guests into a spacious and minimally decorated property, a relaxing exterior patio with private heated hydro massage swimming pool, comfy sunbeds and BBQ premises. A great beach house that you can enjoy all year round. It’s a hidden gem, away from the crowds but only few miles away from the best beaches of the Athenian Riviera. An ideal spot to feel relaxed! It is located in a very quiet area, only few minutes away from numerous beautiful, sandy beaches on the Athenian Riviera.

SWIMMING POOL
Our swimming pool dimensions are 300 x 680 x 150. The depth is 150 according to the greek legislation limitations for swimming with no lifeguard surveillance. There is a reverse swimming and hydromassage system that operates by pressing a button.

If you wanted heated pool water we need a 2 day notice during the summer and a 4 day notice during the winter in order for the water to be heated. This is system is operated by our technicians. Maximum water temperature is 18 Celsius degrees,

Our minimal and relaxing beach house is ideal for families, groups of friends or remote work vacations. It will be your stepping stone to explore the Attica Peninsula and the magical city of Athens.

- Covid Notice :
We would like to inform our guests that our villa is frequently cleaned and disinfected by a specialized cleaning service prior to every check in, following the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

-As of October 2018 Greek law requires that we register every guest with a passport number or an EU ID number. After this date, by making a booking in our property, you agree to share this information with us. It will only be used for the purpose of your stay’s registration according to Greek tax authorities.

-By making a reservation to our villa you pay for 1 cleaning session and 1 change of linen and towels upon your arrival. If you wish to have extra housekeeping (cleaning or linen /towel change) , there is an extra charge that should be paid. If you are interested in that please let us know.

-For special events or ceremonies there is an extra cost so please contact us regarding special occasions ( parties, wedding preparations, photo shoots, catering etc.)
