Office working space, visitors private WC and standing walk-in bath. First floor has 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom en-suite, with coatroom. 1 bedroom with single bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. . 2nd floor has penthouse with terrace sea view. Guests have full access to the whole area, ground floor, 1st floor and penthouse. Main gate entrance leading to garage shutters, which will lead you to the living room by stairs or lift access, without having to get back out again. Small gate, pathway leading to secure main entrance door. Both are alarmed, if required. Living area can be converted to a common space with the front balcony by simply sliding glass aluminium doors to the side, and will become a patio, good for party of about 50 to 60 people.
