Only 4 minutes walking distance to the Thissio metro station, The Acropolis, The Acropolis Museum, and The Ancient Agora. So close it could be history itself!
The Thissio neighborhood offers immediate access to some of the most important sites to visit in Greece. This property is 50 meters from the main cobble stone pedestrian street of the Acropolis (Apostolou Pavlou) and less than 10 minutes from Dyonisiou Aeropagitou.
Enjoy international films at the local open-air rooftop cinema, Cine Thision, voted as one of the top ten open cinemas in the world, all while taking in the Acropolis view. Ermou and Monastiraki (the commercial and touristic markets) are within a pleasant walking distance of 5 minutes.

The property is reachable by car, metro, and foot. The closest Metro is Thissio which gives you access to the Athens Green line going from Pireaus (south) to Kifisia (north). At Monastiraki station, (2 min metro ride or 10 min walk), you have access to both the Athens Red and Blue lines. Free street parking is available anywhere on the street. Walking as described is the fastest and most convenient option to the lively neighborhood and historic sites just below your door.

1. Parties or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.
2. Any individuals or groups found to have booked the property with the intent of hosting a party or gathering will be required to cancel their booking, and no refund will be provided.
3. Only individuals listed on the reservation are permitted to enter the property.
4. Guests must ensure that the keys to the property are not left behind in the lock and that any lost keys are reported immediately. The cost of replacing the lock will be the responsibility of the guest.
5. Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable level of noise during quiet hours, which are between 1 pm and 5 pm and after 10 pm until 7 am.
6. In compliance with local regulations, the passport number of the individual who booked the property will be required. Greek citizens are also required to provide their AFM number.
7. Guests are responsible for providing an accurate count of the number of guests staying in the property, including children of age 2 and above. Additional bed linens may be provided upon request for an additional charge.
8. Checkout is at 11:00 am, unless an alternate time has been agreed upon in advance. Any guests found to be on the property after checkout time will be charged the daily rate.
9. Guests are responsible for ensuring that the high-quality white sheets and towels provided are not stained. Any damages will be charged to the guest.
10. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and any guests found to have smoked inside will be charged a penalty of €150.
11. Commercial use of the property, including photoshoots and video shoots, is only permitted with the prior consent of the property owner. Different rates apply for commercial use.
12. Shipping packages or mail to the property is not permitted and the property owner is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages.
13. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Any guests found to be in violation of these rules will be held liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
14. When reporting any issues with the property, guests authorize the property owner to access the property as necessary to address the issue.
