It is quietly located 200 m from the village (shops/restaurants) and a children's playground, 4 km from the beaches, 13 km from Guérande and its salt marshes, 23 km from La Baule, 13 km from Parc de Brière, and 50 km from Vannes.
Private parking is available in front of the gîte.
Enclosed 25 m² terrace (southeast-facing), with a bicycle shed (bicycles available for loan).
Ground floor: kitchen open to the living room (140x190 sofa bed), 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), and a shower room/separate toilet. Mezzanine floor: large bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a 140x190 cm sofa bed.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, complete baby equipment.
Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linens (beds made upon arrival), and towels.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax.
Pets welcome free of charge (€100 deposit).
