Very Nice Apartment With Big Garden And Close To Amsterdam And Beaches

The apartment is in a quiet street with detached houses and has an own front door. It’s new, clean and light and has a fantastic view over gardens and water.

The location is central, with a 3-min walk to the train station ‘Krommenie-Assendelft’ you arrive within 20 minutes at Amsterdam Central Station. The train runs every 15 minutes to and from Amsterdam Central Station.

The apartment is completely renovated and has a new bathroom with rain shower and hand shower, soap dispensers, hanging toilet and a bathroom sink. Kitchen is equipped with sink, duo ceramic plate, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer and microwave. There is a couch and a table with four chairs.

Your 140 m2 back garden (shared with us) has lounge chairs with parasol and a trampoline. From the back yard you have access to the dock where you have a second lounge set where you can sit and overlook the water with the ducks and the gardens behind it. It’s the best place to have your breakfast on a sunny morning.

Within walking distance we have got a shopping Centre, bars, supermarkets and excellent restaurants. The public swimming pool is 5 min cycling and a playground is around the corner. We are a near the beach in Castricum and Wijk aan Zee (15 min). We are close to cultural highlights like the Amsterdam Canals, the Cheese market in Alkmaar (20 min), the Zaanse Schans with its historic houses and windmills (15 min), the Czaar Peter House in Zaandam (20 min) or Edam and Marken (25 min). Also cities like Haarlem, The Hague and Utrecht are close by. Schiphol Airport is 30 min.

Bedroom setup:
We have a maximum of four beds, one of which is a sofa bed. Two single beds can be set up as a double bed. An extra camping bed for babies is available free of charge. Please let us know the desired bedroom setup upon reservation.

Private bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, soap, shampoo. Private kitchen with cooking plates, water cooker, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Private entrance, WiFi, Wired internet, HD TV with international channels, Netflix, Blue Ray player with DVD’s, linen, towels and soap.

BBQ, free parking. Optional you we can rent you bikes (also for children 6-12).

About us:
We are living in this beautiful and quite part of Assendelft for six years now and we decided to use this extra space to welcome people from all over the world to have a real Dutch experience. We talk English, German and a little French. We have two children age 11 and 9 and a small "dog" named Luna.
