« We stayed at the Fox for 1 night and the staff made us and our dog feel very welcome. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Thank you all at the Fox. We’ll hopefully see you again. »

« A very comfortable country pub, with great food, top chef and well kept beer. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. My room was a tad small and basic but the bathroom was modern and hey this is a 16th century building and I enjoyed my stay. »

« The room we had was spacious, clean and comfortable. Well maintained and easily accessible to the transport and the local town. The staff in particular were very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us and ensure that our stay was memorable. The breakfast was also really good. »

« Lovely modern room in restored old building. Staff were helpful, and both dinner and breakfast in the pub were great. »

« Very quiet place Good breakfast »

« Stayed here for business. Great hotel with a "brasserie" for dinner/lunch. Will definitely stay here again for my next visits. »

« OK for a short stay. Position close to busy road results in overnight noise. Rooms and bathrooms somewhat basic and public areas without character. »

« The rooms were simple & comfortable but the check in process was pretty poor. Dinner & breakfast were just about ok but we were rushed out of the breakfast room at 10.10 & asked to leave the hotel asap for the cleaners to start work. Overall I can give this property no more than 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ »

« Bedding clean and well built beds and furniture, bad smell of general hotel due to restaurant. Petrol generator underneath our bedroom window led to fumes 😂! otherwise decent stay for the price would recommend if you need a bed to sleep in after the prodigy ;) »
