The house was recently remodeled with all new paint, carpet, showers, furniture, fixtures, etc.

Right when you walk in you'll notice the spacious tall ceilings and open floor plan with HUGE windows showcasing the amazing lake views!

Every living room is furnished with a spacious L shaped sectional, smart tv, and Sonos sound system.

The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances and all of the dishes and appliances you'll need to cook a big meal for the family! There is also enough kitchen seating for 11!

The sun room boasts amazing lake views and great new furniture to enjoy your morning coffee!

Downstairs you will find a huge living room with L shaped sectional, pool table, arcade game table, full Sonos sound, full wet bar with its own 75" tv, mini fridge, theatre room with reclining theatre seating for 6 and 100" tv with Sonos sound and sub! (alcohol not included with any rental)

The entire house is equipped with Sonos sound. Including two Sonos Moves, that can be taken outside!

Outside on the back deck you will find an outdoor dining table for 6 with sun shade, lounge chairs, ample outdoor seating including a huge outdoor L shaped couch! Under the deck and in the back yard you will find a 5 person hot tub, outdoor kitchen including propane grill, another 6 person dining table, gas fire pit, deck chairs, bar chairs, bag toss game, washer toss game, and ladder ball game!

Bedroom 1:
Master bedroom on main level is huge and equipped with a king bed, dresser, 55" smart tv, ceiling fan and floor fan, huge en suite bathroom with heated floors and Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower plus a massive walk in closet!

Bedroom 2:
King bedroom on main level. Equipped with a 55" smart tv, ceiling fan, floor fan, and a closet for hanging clothes.

Bedroom 3:
King large bedroom downstairs. Equipped with 55' tv, dresser, two closets, ceiling fan, and floor fan.

Bedroom 4:
California King bunk beds in a room with the theater and the foosball table! Ceiling fan and floor fan as well!

Come check out the amazing LAKE VIEWS! --- (Guests cannot use the lake. This is an HOA rule. Guests cannot swim or step foot in the lake. You may still use the back yard, just not the lake. Do not book this house if you want lake access. Thank you for understanding.)

* A security deposit of $500 will be due immediately after booking. If nothing is broken, damaged, or missing, this is refunded within 72 hours of checkout minus a $50 processing fee.
