« Everything and everyone were leaps and bounds above expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The onsens were beyond par. The perfect complement when snowboarding Hakuba all day. It was an incredibly relaxing experience when coming back to our room. The amenities at this hotel were fantastic and our room incredibly spacious and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again. »

« We had a wonderful stay. The staff were absolutely delightful and went out of their way to accommodate any requests including the dietary requirements of one person in our group. We were on the breakfast and dinner meal package and the options each day were fantastic, with a vast selection of European and Japanese options.
One thing to note is that the hotel isnât located in a town centre. Instead, itâs directly opposite a beginner lift in the Imori area, giving easy access to the slopes.
