'The room was great after we finally were able to get to it. We had loaded a ton of luggage on the luggage racks to learn we were not in the main building, on the the second floor, with no elevator at the property. '

'I have stayed at this Holiday Inn twice while traveling this last week. The first time there was an issue with the cleanliness of the room and had to be switched to another. The room we had last night was in need of some general maintenance. There was a missing drawer front, a broken drawer, extremely loose toilet seat, and a shower that needed caulking. We often stay at a Holiday Inn Express and this one misses the mark.'

'The room was clean, but the recliner chair in the was disgusting. It was so dirty that neither of would sit in it. The ladies at the registration desk both evening and morning were very friendly and helpful'
