'I was bringing my family for the first time to India and Rajkot. Our stay at the Marasa Sarovar portico was a memorable one. We had arrived after a very tiring trip and we were exhausted. We arrived in the early hours and although the check in time was 2 pm, the front desk assistant Sourabh made sure we were taken good care of and we had a early check in. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. Very clean hotel and well maintained. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Rooftop restaurant...

'This property is awful and clearly hasn’t had any maintenance or investment for a long time. The place is very dirty, full of health hazards and our entire room flooded after running the shower - the maintenance man (who I think is also the cook and the cleaner) spent almost an hour mopping up the mess. Terrifying to go in the lift as it had all sorts of cables exposed. Stay away! '
