Our former farm is located in the Haindorf district, on the outskirts of Aschau im Chiemgau, heading toward Bernau and Lake Chiemsee. Let your gaze wander and enjoy the impressive panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and Hohenaschau Castle. We offer accessible rooms and self-catering vacation apartments that you can easily reach via an elevator inside the building. Please note that the showers have a small step and are therefore only partially suitable for wheelchair users—however, one of our vacation apartments is specially equipped for wheelchair access. Free parking is available right next to the building, and there is a separate side entrance for all vacation apartments and rooms. Please note that dogs and other pets are not permitted. Welcome to this wheelchair-accessible, non-smoking vacation apartment—a bright and modern 60-square-meter ground-floor unit that offers barrier-free comfort with tile floors and plenty of space for unrestricted mobility for up to 4 people. Enjoy the west-facing terrace with cozy patio furniture—ideal for soaking up the fresh air and winding down the evening in relaxation. The large bedroom ensures restful nights with its comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and electrically adjustable slatted frame. Upon request, a fold-out guest bed (90 x 200 cm) can be provided, offering the option to use it as a family bed with a safety rail for small children. The cozy living area with an open kitchenette offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: a 2-burner stove, a filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dining area with table and 4 chairs, two pull-out sleeper sofas (120 x 200 cm sleeping surface, each for 1 person), flat-screen cable TV, safe, and free Wi-Fi. A special highlight is the large, accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower, special grab bars by the toilet and shower, and a removable shower seat—ideal for wheelchair users. A hair dryer rounds out the amenities. Please note that dogs and other pets are not allowed. The summer swimming spot is right nearby, while the train station, a supermarket, and a restaurant are just a ten-minute walk away. The Orthopedic Children’s Clinic is 280 meters away, and the town center is 900 meters away. Experience nature up close! Numerous hiking and valley trails start right from the house. Explore the impressive mountain scenery on a hike to the Kampenwand, enjoy the tranquility of the Bärnsee Nature Reserve, or take a bike ride around Lake Chiemsee. The surrounding area also offers a variety of recreational activities. A tennis court, the Chiemgau high ropes course, a Kneipp pool, a swimming spot, and another idyllic moor bathing spot are just a stone’s throw away. By car, you can easily explore Lake Chiemsee, Lake Königsee, and Berchtesgaden. In just over an hour, you can easily reach Munich or Salzburg by train—perfect for a day trip.
For even more convenience, a washing machine (for a fee), an iron, and an ironing board are available for general use. A travel crib can be provided upon request for a fee. A high chair and a bed rail are also available, so families with small children can feel right at home. A clothes drying rack is also provided in all apartments.
