'Veronica Heights in Kumasi is an exceptional property. Check-in was seamless, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service — especially from the general manager — was outstanding. A special mention to Eric, the bartender, for his warm and friendly approach. The entire place was kept spotless and beautifully maintained. I would highly recommend Veronica Heights to anyone visiting the area.'

'Very clean and up to date location. Very spacy appartment. Service was perfect. Thanks for your swift response and flexibility on my requests. There were 2 restaurants close by. And a good bar for drinks. Unfortunately WIFI was very weak, And the golfcourse ,as advertised, was NOT a 5 minute walk, but an eleven minute taxi drive. Neither was there an open view to the golfcourse.'

'The hotel isn't really ready to receive people, we were told that we were not booked when arrived at the hotel, even though we showed them our paid reservation reference and email, they said that they only accept bookings from Expedia and haven’t heard of Hotels. Com, so we should pay again, I refused to pay and showed them the details and payment.
