'Hotel is spacious, clean, friendly and has a wonderful beach. They try to offer a luxurious, elegant and peaceful experience. That however does not succeed: 1. Loud music from boats, corporate parties and several individuals on the beach. 2. People competing at 7 am to drop a towel on the front beach chairs and then disappear the entire day. 3. Lots of young children shouting and running around (not necessarily bad). Should also be noted that drinks and food are about 60pct more expensive than...

Shon was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire situation. He remained calm, patient and genuinely kind while I tried to find a solution. 'Westerly over hyped!! They offered us 3 breakfasts but neglected to tell us valid for 1st day only…..we went a few days later and were told it was no longer valid! What difference does it make on which day I choose to use the free breakfast???? I spent $500 a day at the beach, a breakfast isn’t going to change anything but shows lack of professionalism on their part! When we checked in they said they want to bring to level of the St Regis…..Westerly is not St Regis!'
