The Space:
Our home is very modern, and spacious, with an open plan and high ceilings in the living areas. It features four generously sized, comfortable bedrooms, all with built-in closets, making it a perfect holiday retreat for families or four couples. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub for a relaxing soak.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing delicious meals. It features an inviting island with seating, perfect for casual dining or gathering with friends and family. Additionally, there's a spacious dining room table, ideal for enjoying meals together.

Relax and cozy up next to the fireplace or stay entertained with the internet-connected 65 inch tv and enjoy high-speed fibre internet access throughout the home. Stay comfortable with heating and air conditioning.

You will absolutely love watching the gorgeous colors change throughout the day over the mountains and the Shotover River as the sun rises and sets. The views are truly spectacular! The Shotover River is one of NZ's most famous rivers, and you will enjoy walking down and strolling along the river or along the top of the ridge overlooking the mountains and river. Curl up on the outdoor sofa while you sit in front of a crackling wood fire in the outdoor fireplace and sip on a delicious glass of local NZ wine.

You'll be drenched in sunshine year-round. Our house is extremely private and peaceful, as it backs onto a natural forest.

For your convenience, there is a washing machine, dryer, an ironing board, an iron, a hair dryer, high-quality bed linen, and towels. We also provide board games for entertainment.

The property offers a car parking space for two cars, with an abundance of free off-street car parking available.

Bedroom 1: 1 Super King Size Bed
Bedroom 2: King Size Bed that can be split into 2 Single Beds
Bedroom 3: King Size Bed that can be split into 2 Single Beds
Bedroom 4: King Size Bed that can be split into 2 Single Beds

*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house (not including the 2 bedroom flat next door, unless you book that space too)
The house and the apartment are very private from each other and the other guests will not disturb you during your stay. There is a separate entrance to their apartment around the far side of the garage, so nowhere near your front entrance. There is also internal double doors which lead to the unit, but it’s locked on both sides, so neither guests can enter each other’s property unless both doors are unlocked by us. They have their own private outdoor area too.
Both the house and the unit will share the outdoor double driveway to park cars.
There is room for two cars in the driveway, and the house has the use of the garage, but can only park one car inside the garage. So there are two car spaces for the house, one for the unit.
Queenstown is a quick 6 km drive away where you can see all the amazing world famous attractions, shops and fabulous restaurants that are on offer.

The Neighborhood:
There are many hiking trails all within walking distance of our house... along with many local attractions and activities, including the Onsen hot pools and massage centre, bowling alley, cafes, pub, and Coronet Peak Ski Field, all within less than 3 kms from our house.

Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties.

A maximum of 8 guests allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.

Please note: Between Dec 23-Jan 2 of each year, there is a minimum of 3 nights booking required.
