'Very clean room and nice off street parking will stay again.'

'Prijs kwaliteit was niet in verhouding. Nog geen drinkwater op de kamer. Wel heel warm zwembad. '

'Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. '

'Great place for a relax stay!'

'I loved everything its my second time here and we had the most wonderful stay yet again 10/10'

'Clean room, nice staff, parking attendants were excellent and breakfast was appreciated'

'Very friendly host, and staff at the building was phenomenal. I had just gotten a surgery on my knee and every time I came in, they was very attentive and made sure I got to my room safe and secure. The room itself was exactly like the pictures. It was Clean and came with lots of amenities. We had a slight issue with 2 of the tvs in the condo but when notified it was rectified promptly. My only other issue was although parking was free, the parking bay for that particular condo was so far away...

'This place does not look fancy through the outside, but it’s very well maintained very clean. My room was immaculate. The bed was marshmallow soft it was small, but the flow was perfect for two people. You cannot be a mini room with a kitchenette the bathroom look, modern the only thing I did forget to mention either the bathtub or the toilet after you use it water does come out to the floor it didn’t bother us that much. We dried it up with a towel. We also stayed for only one day other than...

'This was my second stay at the Shell Motel, which tells you I had a positive experience the first time. I was recognized upon arrival and both Guy & Pierre are always so friendly and want to make sure I had everything I need. They offer suggestions as to local resources (e.g., groceries, restaurants, where to park, etc). The pool was amazing and housekeeping somehow knew not to disturb me early in the day and then showed up in the afternoon with fresh towels. I’ve grown attached to this little...
