Finca Kelly is a private estate surrounded by nature, just minutes from Artà in northeast Mallorca. With 10,000 m² of grounds, you have space, peace, and privacy to enjoy with family or friends.



The single-story house accommodates up to 8 guests and features 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living-dining room and all four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort year-round. High-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dryer are also available.



The outdoor area is a highlight: private pool (8 x 5 m, up to 1.5 m deep), garden, terrace, partially covered porch, barbecue, outdoor shower, sun loungers, and hammock. Children can enjoy the large green area and swings.



For families with babies, there are 2 cots and 2 high chairs at no extra charge. The estate offers on-site parking and private access.



Although it shares a wall with the neighboring property Can Siurell, your privacy, driveway, and exclusive pool access are fully maintained.
