'The location is great with a view of Lake Wakatipu and the sunrise.Parking is okay but not the best as it is a shared driveway where we were told to park as close as possible to a tree fence. This made our back passenger hard to get on and off as well as luggage.The property is clean overall, but could do with cleaner and newer furniture, pots, pans and cutlery.Sounds and footsteps from our stairs does affect us and could be a nightmare for light sleepers. 'We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was exceptionally clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The highlight has to be the wonderful views of the Remarkables —waking up to that scenery was a treat, especially with such easy access to the nearby tramping trails. 'We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was clean, with all the essential amenities and more. Beautiful views of the mountains. Just be aware that there is construction going around so the mornings can be loud but since we were out most of the day it didn’t bother us much. There’s a park and lovely walking track and conveniently also a bus stop right outside. Would highly recommend.'

'Location: Around 6–8 minutes from central Queenstown and about 12–15 minutes to Frankton (with plenty of shops), the location was ideal for us. It’s set in a beautiful, central and peaceful area, which we really appreciated. 'Beautiful view, high level finish in all areas. Shower and bathroom were incredible. Beds really comfortable. Top end kitchen. Only complaint would be that the noise from the flat above was not insulated against at all. This disrupted us on a few occasions. '
