Appartementen in Arrêt de Tram Montagne Verte

'I didn't think the pictures quite did justice to this property. It was a very charming home away from home. It is right across from the tram station, and the tram system is easy and comfortable to use. It is one stop from the train station and about ten minutes to the old city. The hostess and her son were friendly, charming, and helpful. We had a fun time trying to communicate through google translate as my french is not all it should be. But, she was very patient, and checked in occasionally to...

'Alles bestens, gerne wieder.'

'A great apartment, right in the heart of Strasbourg. It has everything that you need and everything is done professionally. It's on the top floor, so you're away from the noise of the street which is great. The only difficult thing was that the host sends a lot of long emails, only in French, with very strict instructions and a lot of warnings about penalties etc, so it was quite concerning that we would get ripped off about something. There were a lot of emails trying to sell insurance for the...

'The management company, Cotoon was very responsive, thankfully, because on our arrival, the door locks were very finicky and difficult to unlock. They walked us through it and after 10 minutes of trying we were in! The property was clean but the kitchen was not well stocked in terms of glasses and mugs. The shower is a “shower room” so everything gets wet and we really did not like it. There were no instructions as to how to operate the TV but after some tries we figured it out. The bed is...

'Walked in and walked straight out. The apartment was not well kept and smelled unpleasant. Did not feel comfortable at all. Location was excellent though.'

'The host never provided me check in instructions and has fabricated a whole phone call and conversations that did not happen. Save yourself the headache.'

'Great proximity to city centre and train station!'

'Parfait. Emplacement optimal. Appartement propre et fonctionnel.'
