We are a company with extensive experience in the holiday rental sector in the south of Tenerife (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience for your visit to Tenerife, both in terms of accommodation and different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).

The property can be reached by car, taxi or bus. We also offer a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. This service is subject to charges and must be requested at least two days in advance.

On the day of arrival, a member of staff will be waiting for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time. They will show you the apartment and give you the keys. Check-in starts at 15:00 and ends at 22:00. Guests who wish to check in after this time will have to pay €25 in cash before accessing the apartment.

Accommodation:

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Los Cristianos, South Tenerife, a few steps from the sea.

It has two bedrooms with double beds, a full bathroom with shower and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery, dishes, mini-oven, etc.), dining area and living room with TV, free Wi-Fi and sofa bed.

It also has a balcony equipped with table and chairs for lunches and dinners.

The complex has a lift and tennis courts for a complete holiday that combines relaxation and activity.

There is no parking (although it is possible to park for free on the street).

Area:The complex is located in a very central area, very close to all the services and the most beautiful beaches of the island.

- No smoking.- Parties or events are not allowed.- Pets are not allowed.- Please do not make noise during the night and respect the sleeping hours of the neighbors.- Please do not mistreat the furniture and do not throw away the garbage on the day of check-out.- Please do not throw sanitary wipes, pads or compresses in the toilet, use the garbage disposed of in the bathrooms.- The main guest must be at least 18 years old.- The number of guests cannot be more than what was agreed upon in the platform.- Airport transfer must be requested at least two days in advance. (The service is subject to charges)- Cots will have an additional cost of € 7 per night and must be requested in advance.- Check-in starts at 15:00 and ends at 22:00. If a guest wishes to check-in after the arrival time, he must pay an additional cost of € 25 in cash to our staff before entering the accommodation.- Check-out ends at 11:00.- The rules of coexistence of the apartment and the community are mandatory. If any guest breaks them or does not behave properly, he/she will be expelled from the property without any right to a refund and in case of damage to the accommodation, it will be charged from the security deposit.
