Cette belle maison située à proximité du pont de Duncan a 5 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains. Il peut accueillir 15 personnes dans des lits avec une occupation maximale de 16 personnes. Il y a une chambre principale avec salle de bain privée aux deux étages. Une chambre à l'étage principal et quatre chambres à l'étage inférieur. La table de la salle à manger peut accueillir 8-10.

"Lake Life 105" comprend une salle de jeux avec un baby-foot, un skeeball et des jeux vidéo. Barbecue au charbon. Il y a une piscine d'eau salée surplombant le lac avec un poolhouse. La piscine est ouverte du 1er avril au 1er octobre.

Embarcadère: environ 10 marches menant au quai. Mettez le quai sous tension. 1 feuillet disponible pour l'usage des locataires. Le quai a un ponton. Le débarcadère a 24 pieds de profondeur sur 10 pieds de largeur et peut accueillir un autre bateau sur le côté du quai. En outre, le quai a une rampe de lancement de kayak et 2 kayaks à l'usage du locataire.

La semaine du 4 juillet a un séjour minimum de 6 nuits.

PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day - Labor Day): pas de location de samedi à samedi. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a great location if you prefer to stay on the lake full time. The space was great for our large family. Although clean, it could use a little TLC in some areas of the home. Cobwebs in corners, the recliner didn't work, no power cord for the PS2/3 could be found, none of the Wii discs worked and it may be best to just take the out of the house. The biggest issue was the refrigerator not cooling. Instead of finding a solution the owner told us to just deal with it and nothing was wrong. However, the rental company was very helpful and we were able to gain access to a refrigerator in the garage, thankfully. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and everyone enjoyed their time there.

It’s a yes for us.

Great house, lots of space, the outside entertainment area was awesome and we loved having a big fire pit, viewed the stars at night (saw starlink!), ac stayed cool, pool was a great option for the kids when we didn’t want to be at the dock. Any issues were addressed and resolved quickly by the management team. Dock is metal so will get hot. Pool area and outdoor space required clean up before being able to use (debris and trash). Home could use updating and you’ll find some cobwebs inside, however was clean otherwise. There are a few stores within 10-15 min drive. Overall really great experience and would stay again!!

We stayed at the house for a family reunion this July and it was a great experience! Lots of space for everyone! Great bedroom configurations and tvs in every room!The pool area and views MADE this house so worth it. Especially for grandparents that aren’t super mobile, they had a great view of all the grand kids flying by on tubes and jet skis out on the lake. We had a huge family night where we grilled by the pool and kids swam at night - so fun!The lake was so clean and so gorgeous! We had a toilet and sink that were slow to drain and the maintenance crew was so quick to get to us and fix it as soon as we arrived! I saw a few reviews about the cleanliness of the the house and I was hopeful we wouldn’t have that experience but unfortunately it wasn’t the cleanest! A lot of cob webs in windows and furniture was dirty! It needs a good deep clean, under furniture, windows and living areas! I think my biggest concern was having 3 little kids, I really wish there was some sort of chime or alarm you could turn on doors when a door is opened! There are quite a few doors across the house on both levels and it would be a great layer of protection! We are very aware and hands on parents and still had a close call with kids getting out w/out our knowledge. All in all, We made some really incredible memories this trip with our family and we would love to stay again sooner rather than later!

Can't recommend despite the Lake being perfect

Having read the VRBO reviews, I was still hopeful that the owners had learned from previous tenants that the property needed some significant TLC because it seemed to have so many positive attributes my family were seeking. However, we were incredibily disappointed to find that it is still filthy inside and out. The property clearly was once a nice lake house but the neglect in too many ways to even list here, renders it unenjoyable with the very first impression upon arrival being remnants of household trash on and around the front porch drawing flys. We had to pick up not only the previous tenants trash and wash the porch to stop the flys, but it was a daily issue having to figure out household trash disposal with the roadside bins being completely full upon our arrival. There are also safety hazards to be aware of with small children (i.e., gutter downspouts removed for an unfinished project lying all around the yard and pool area with sharp edges; several uncovered electrical outlets both inside the home and in the pool cabana; a broken/unusable chair on the dock, and missing safety hand rail for pool steps.) They were missing the 2 adult kayaks and the 5-seat pedal boat that were advertised. The only positive notes: the AC was adequate for the size of the home, the lake was amazing as usual, and my grandchildren enjoyed the pool.

Lake was amazing but would not recommend the house

The property was incredibly filthy inside and out. Cobwebs and dirt EVERYWHERE. All in and around the kitchen cabinets and everything. The outdoor entertainment area looked like it had been abandoned for years. It was disgusting and falling apart. Thermostat in the house was locked and set to 76. I spent the first hour of the trip trying to contact them to change it, which they did and we were so grateful. The downstairs mattress that I slept on was covered in pee stains and didn't even have a protective cover. I only noticed this because they ask you to strip the beds before you leave so we did. I guess the upside is I didn't find that out till the end of the trip. Took 3 showers when I got home. So gross!

Best Rental To Date

The house was clean, well decorated and very roomy. There were 9 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of space to gather to eat, play games and to sleep. The property was beautiful and well supplied with the things we needed to cook. The salt water pool was a big hit after spending the day out on the lake but I did have to clean out the pine needles from the pool and sweep around the pool area when we got there. The only other negative is that we did not have internet service while we were there which we really needed because a couple of us still had work that we needed to do from our computers. We loved this property and will most likely rent it again next year unless we can find another place that will allow us to bring our dog with us (as she is very much a part of our family too)

Great location.

the property (house and cabana) were not very clean. We did not receive towels for all the bathrooms; the toilet seat in downstairs master was broken and light is out. Overall good experience, but could have been cleaner. Could NOT get TV internet to work the ENTIRE time.

This was a beautiful house with great views. Only negative was the distance between the pool area and the kitchen for meal planning. Otherwise, great place!!

The BEST time!!

We had the BEST time at this VRBO! We were here on a weekend get away with friends Sept 14-16!! We left with some awesome memories! Very clean, kid friendly, beautiful view of the lake, awesome pool area and dock. The lake temp was perfect at this time of year. I highly recommend star gazing from the dock at night and waking up with the sunrise in the morning! I was very grateful for the extra bags of ice in the freezer as there aren't many stores close by. The only 2 cons were 1. The charcoal grill appeared as though it had not been cleaned in quite some time 2. We could not figure out how to get the TV to work despite following directions from the welcome book provided. It wasn't the worst thing in the world that it wasn't working, as it forced us to enjoy the outside :)! Also just FYI the closest liquor store is 11 miles away given the surrounding county is dry (which the owner told us about in advance). We will definitely come back to this VRBO and highly recommend it to others!

We had an amazing family vacation on a picture perfect lake. We picked this home because it is one of the few with a pool. The kids did enjoy the pool as well as the lake. We knew the home was older and were totally fine with that just wish it would have been cleaner. Spider webs in all corners of the home and just needs some minor updates as the home is aging. Floor plan very strange but it forced us to be outside where we should have been anyway enjoying the lake! Still had an amazing trip.

Wonderful Place

This place was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed & then some. We had a group of six & there was more than enough space for all of us. The views in the morning are gorgeous. Having the outdoor area with a pool was spectacular, even though it was too cold for us to swim, we are definitely looking forward to going back when it's warmer. We were able to dine in the outdoor area with a beautiful roaring fire. Everything in the house was high end including the appliances, kitchen ware, & utensils. The living room couches were very comfortable. This would be a great for a family vacation, church retreat, or girls weekend. We had a wonderful time & loved our stay.
