'Appartement correct, comfort and pleasant!'

'Nice hotel with great rooms. We stayed in room 9 and the only downside was the view from the room (backside of the hotel with a view on a messy parking and the backside of other companies) and the lack of chromecast on the TV. The AC in the room wasn’t entirely clear on how to operate it.'

'We did not receive the details to enter the apartment till we called them up on reaching the apartment which was very inconvenient as there are many apartments and the name on them is different from what was there in the booking. We wasted a lot of time trying to locate it and get the checkin details standing in the cold outside, so the starting experience was not good at all. The apartment is very nice and the location good. However, we found it difficult to use the oven as there were no oven...

'Mooi hotel in het centrum van Rovaniemi. Ideaal om vanaf het hotel op excursie te gaan. Gelegen aan de hoofdstraat'

'Voor een familie kamer voor 4 verwacht je wel een beetje bewegingsruimte. Het tafeltje was eigenlijk teveel toen de slaapbank als bed dienst moest doen. 4 sterren is overrated. Misschien door alles wat ze aanbieden maar de kamer zeker niet. Simpel en schreeuwend duur. Ontbijt is gemiddeld. Ik heb heel vaak beters gehad en zeker geen ruim €400 per nacht waard.'
