'The woman at the front desk when we checked in was very rude to a person on the phone. She checked herself when talking to us. All the other staff were extremely nice and helpful. I kept stepping on something on our room carpet. It was dark and I could not see what it was. It could have been vacuumed better. The bed was comfortable. '

'The staff were friendly and welcoming. I frequently travel with my two dogs. This was the first hotel that made an effort to make me feel as if dogs were welcome. The person who checked me in asked me to fill out a card asking for dogs names and gave me a door hanger letting cleaning staff know that dogs were in room. She also gave us a room close to nearest door to pet relief area. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!'

'Be careful what room you pick on Expedia. I called the hotel itself and asked if a a 2 queen room was available. The front desk person said there is. The price on Expedia was cheaper than what she said, so she suggested I use that to book. I stayed on the phone with her until she received my reservation. I paid a little more and booked a 2 queen bed room. When my husband got there, it was 1 bed and a couch (not even a pullout). I called the front desk this morning and a different front desk...
