'The good: Host was very responsive throughout the process. The location is perfect for walking to some great food/music in the area.Having said that, we moved out after the first night knowing that we might not get the money back for unused nights. The smell of weed and neighbors fighting all night long did it in for us. I can't say that is a normal issue for this unit, but we didn't feel safe/secure, much less comfortable here. 'Overall a nice quiet spot. Felt very safe, easy to get to everywhere. My only comments about the apartment was it seemed a little unfinished. Some rugs and a bathmat would tone down the echo. '

'Cute duplex; Nice and clean; Felt safe in the gated area. Night shifter here so I sleep during the day and it got a little warm. The smell from the cleaning supplies was a little strong on the first day, but it was clean! The bed was comfy! A sound machine and portable fan where in the bedroom, which was an awesome touch. '

'Communication was terrible. First I was threatend they will cancel my stay although I was already on my way. Then they did not give me the codes to enter the rental. I had to make phone calls and waited for an hour to get in. Walking distance to midtown - well that would be a fitness program during the day. At night - there are no street lights for the first mile. Okay there are two dim lights to be accurate. '
