'Key card stopped working and then claimed that my room was not in my name.had Expedia customer care reach out to them that they had internal error, yet they refused to budge and called the police. My wallet and personal belongings were locked in room and couldn’t retrieve anything until the lady who booked me in acknowledged I was a guest. Worst experience with any hotel I have ever had'
