'We were in room 115, i paid over $600 for one night expecting the decor to be old hispanic charm with old fireplace. Instead the room is completely modern. The lobby is very small, the bar is very small. I would not book again.'

'Modern comfortabel hotel'

'All good.'

'The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. After we mention we came to Phoenix for my sister’s birthday, the receptionist arranged a small happy birthday treat for my sister on her birthday. The location was great. The mall, movie theater, and lots of restaurants were in walking distance. Definitely we will return!'

'Een zeer verzorgd hotel met ruime kamers en het nodige comfort. Vriendelijk personeel!'

'Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!'

'Efficient studio. Prompt customer service by host & reservation agent when I asked about early arrival.'

'Everything was wonderful '

'Mijn kamer zou maar 1 x per 2 weken worden schoongemaakt, na 15 dagen ben ik gaan vragen wanneer ze van plan zijn om mijn kamer schoon te maken. Het antwoord was we hebben te weinig personeel, we moeten eerst de kamers welke leeg komen schoon maken, daar was ik zeer gepikeerd over. Ik betaal voor een kamer inclusief service, schoonmaken hoort daar ook bij. Totaal beoordeling van mij is dan ook middelmatig.'

'Great place. Noise was a bit of an issue related to a function. The function did finish promptly at 10pm but made it difficult to relax in room and sleep before that time. The staff were very helpful in facilitating room move but did not Solevento the issue. Unfortunately a common theme with many hotels no matter how much you pay'

'Everything was great , there is a light rail just outside the property that can take you quite far. The breakfast was better than I expected with everything you could want changing daily slightly which is appreciated. Coffee station available all day- nice touch. Rooms are large and comfortable. The only little thing I didn’t like were the polyester sheets. Wish they were the traditional cotton.'

'Great big rooms'
