'I booked my friend a two-night stay at the Best Western in Gold Canyon, Arizona, in October 2026. During his stay, smoke abruptly filled a hallway. He went to the front desk to report it, but the clerk, busy with another customer, dismissed him until he repeatedly stated there was a fire. Only then did she investigate. They eventually discovered a dryer had caught fire, and only after that did she call the fire department. They arrived quickly, but smoke lingered and made it difficult for him to...

'Didn't like that they had no room cleaning at all for 7 days...if you need fresh towels then had to exchange at front desk. Also, had to take own trash out since no cleaning service. I found that after 6 nights floors get dirty with dust/shoe dirty and had to live with it since I was not cleaning for them.'
