'It was out of order'

'Clean room, good bed, nice bathroom, disspaointing Tv installation and chargings stations for phones near the bed would be good'

'Habitación cómoda y limpia, la ducha genial, todo lo necesario, además con la opción del restaurante. Recepción las 24 horas, personal muy amable. Lo recomiendo porque es económico. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena.'

'The hotel was very loud. Could hear everyone walking up the stairs, closing their doors. Sheets had foot/boot imprints on them. There was only 1 pillow for 2 people. Air conditioning also did not work, was quite warm.'

'Upon arrival we discovered that the room we had been given was wheelchair accessible. The problem was that our bathroom floor became completely wet when we showered and there was no cabinet or shelving to store any of our soaps shampoos etc. We also had rented the room because of the washer but there was no drying rack or place to hang clothes to dry or hair dryer. I did contact the office the next morning and asked for those things as well as additional towels which they delivered everything...
