AN IDEAL HOUSE FOR A FAMILY STAY
This house in Arenys de Mar has a private garden on one level from which we can see the sea and the port of Arenys!
The location is ideal to enjoy the different areas of the garden, typical of the Mediterranean coast. This little house is located on a small hill, in a very quiet and not very busy residential area but at the same time a few meters from the center of town, the beach and the train station.
Although it is not essential, we always recommend coming with your vehicle, but it is not a problem because you can park within the same property.
HOUSE AND THE SPACE
Comfortable and spacious, preserving the essence of a family house from the 60s.
Entering from the main door we do not find the hall, to the right we find the first two bedrooms and we make our way to the large dining room and the kitchen.
From the living room, we access the other two rooms. In total there are 3 bedrooms, with a double bed and the 4th room has a sofa and a small desk in case someone has to work or do homework.
Kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer and appliances.
A washing machine is also available.

All rooms have a fan and window overlooking the garden.
There is a bathroom with a shower available and several outdoor spaces where you can organize a meal, enjoy a board game or a moment of reading.

HOUSE RULES
- It is not available to groups under 25 years old.
- The Rental Contract of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted upon reservation and will be signed before the closing ceremony.
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
- All persons making the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome.
- During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
- It is also necessary to remove the garbage periodically to avoid odors and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.
- Between all of us we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, if you please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
IT'S NOT ALLOWED
- Host or invite more people than those registered on the reservation form.
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 21:00 and before 09:00 in the morning.It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.
- Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.
- Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.
We have a service to rent pool/beach towels.
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property.In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
- Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power
- Groups of students are not allowed.
- No pets allowed.
IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE ACCOMMODATION MUST BE LEFT IMMEDIATELY
THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND ITS SURROUNDINGS
Centre of the town is just 5 minutes by car. 5 minutes away there is a commercial area with 3 supermarkets, a renowned fast food restaurant and a cinema with 8 screens.
A 6-minute drive away is one of the largest fishing ports in Catalonia. In general, we recommend it to all our guests to enjoy the restaurants with a wide range of fresh fish and seafood!
In addition, you can go to any bar on the beach (our famous beach bars or 'XIRIS', as we say colloquially) to try a real paella or have something accompanied by some tapas.
We will recommend some of the restaurants in the area.
We are very lucky with our location, close to Barcelona, but with all the advantages of being in a coastal town, enjoying the sea, the quiet atmosphere of Mediterranean towns and all our variety of gastronomic offers.

- 15-minute walk to the first beach of Arenys de Mar.
- 10 minutes walk from the train station
- 30 minutes by car from the Circuit de Catalunya.
- 20 minutes by car to the entrance of the Montnegre and Corridor Natural Park.
- 34 minutes by car from the Montseny Natural Park with its highest peak of 1,700 m. and many tracking possibilities!

- June 23. Verbena de San Juan, 'Revetlla de Sant Joan' is a festivity that brings together families and friends around the bonfires to celebrate the shortest night of the year! Setting off firecrackers, dancing, singing, and some, waiting to see the sunrise!
HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA PRIVATE TRANSPORT
We advise on how to combine the use of private transport with the use of public transport.
-OWN VEHICLE: Some may consider it essential, others may not. We recommend it for greater comfort.
You can get around by walking, by taxi or taking the train, using the bus or your own vehicle or you can get around by combining them.
Sometimes it is more convenient to have a vehicle so you can explore more places or go shopping at the supermarket.

PÚBLIC TRANSPORT
Some different services and lines connect Arenys de Mar with the surrounding area and Barcelona.
-Taxi: There is a regular taxi service.
Services must be reserved in advance.
-Bus: Day and night services.
Connection with the train station, other towns in Maresme and the city of Barcelona.
-Train: The closest train station is ARENYS DE MAR.
The route in Plaza Cataluña lasts between 50-55 minutes.
BARCELONA
The city is about 40-50 minutes away by car.
