'Excelente lugar, quedé enamorada de él! La atención de Ana y Mariana en recepción fue increíble; son súper amables. Un mega plus es que te prestan un kit de playa con todo lo necesario para pasarla genial. ​Se nota que el hotel es nuevo; el diseño y la decoración son excelentes y de muy buen gusto. 'The TV was not much help. Only Netflix is available, but it was not set up for use because it needed to be updated by email. Also, I didn't think about the noise level when booking the room. The room has a great view to the bay since is on the famous malecon, however it is really noisy at night and sometimes early morning. Soundproof windows would help. 'One of the Hotel workers "Alberto" was really great. He went out of his way to help us a few times. I would really recommend this place to all travelers. a few blocks from the "Malecon". Restaurants and coffee shops also surrounding the hotel. Secured parking, a small bar, and great service.'
