Luxury Beachfront Villa Ideal for Weddings, Reunions & Large Outdoor Celebrations

It`s the ideal for weddings, family reunions, corporate getaways, etc! The spacious 2nd floor bedrooms have a mix of beds for flexibility. For private entertainment, the 3rd floor has a covered patio dining area & hammocks! The master suite on the 3rd floor has a beautifully tiled master bath, or for the more adventurous, an exotic, beachy, open-air bath. Also: a movie room, a modern kitchen & boundless living space. Outside, the back is covered with 4 gazebos, a pool and a pig-roast gazebo.

Car is highly recommended to get to the house and get around.

Refunds are not available, but you can change the dates anytime within 1 year of your original booking.

We are a self‑catering property, and our goal is to keep costs low while offering you a beautiful, comfortable place to enjoy your vacation.

2. AFTER SWIMMING IN THE OCEAN OR POOL, USE THE OUTSIDE SHOWER TO RINSE OFF THE SAND.
3. DO NOT TAKE BATH TOWELS TO THE BEACH.
4. DO NOT TAKE DISHES, CUTLERY, OR STEMWARE TO THE BEACH.
5. TURN OFF THE LIGHTS WHEN YOU LEAVE A ROOM.
6. TURN OFF ALL A/C UNITS WHEN LEAVING THE HOUSE FOR THE DAY.
7. NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE OR NEARS THE DOORS AND WINDOWS. DISPOSE OF BUTT PROPERLY.
8. NO PETS OF ANY SIZE ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISION.
9. TO AVOID ANTS, DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OUT AND PLEASE PUT ALL TRASH IN THE CLOSED CONTAINER IN THE KITCHEN.
10. FEEL FREE TO USE THE LIBRARY OR LEAVE A BOOK BUT DO NOT TAKE OUR BOOKS WHEN YOU LEAVE.
11. MAKE SURE THE FRONT GATE IS CLOSED AT ALL TIMES TO KEEP OUT STRAY ANIMALS.

13. A $350.00 RE-KEY FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF ALL KEYS ARE NOT RETURNED UPON DEPARTURE.

The House was a perfect layout for our group. It provides plenty of space for larger groups. We had three families with two babysitters and every family had their own rooms and bathrooms. The house was clean when we arrived. The location is really cool also, out side of the major city, but close enough to visit other locations like San Juan, Aguadilla, and Arecibo wich is only 15min away. Plenty of cool beach restaurants with in minutes of the house also.

Our stay at Villa Rosa was amazing!!!! The house was super nice, welcoming, charming and spacious. It was great for our group of 13. The kitchen was lovely and made a perfect spot to cook our Thanksgiving feast. Myrtle (host) and Tata (property manager) were both great to deal with start to finish. The location couldn’t be better as the house is right on an uncrowded beautiful white sand beach. Five stars all the way start to finish!! We can’t wait to visit this amazing property again for our next family reunion!

Amazing paradise

This palatial estate was soMuch more lovely and amazing than the description. You need a car as it’s quite far out. The pool was wonderful for the kids and the house is right on the beach. The bedrooms rooms and livingroom area are very big and luxurious. Stock up On everything before You arrive as it’s far from everything. A perfect multigenerational family paradise! We’l definitely be back!

What a location!

Villa Rosa Perfect for Our Family of 10!

Very nice Puerto Rican property. Exactly as described...not new but nice and right on a surfing beach! The property manager was very friendly and responsive. We experienced a few power outages and she sent someone immediately to verify it was the power grid and not just the house. We enjoyed the pool and the multitude of outside areas to relax and play. Perfect vacation spot for our family of 10.

Pink Puerto Rican Castle on the Beach

We book this house as I was getting married down the street in Playa Escondida. When we arrived the host was super sweet and very helpful. This house was more than I could ever imagine!!! Granddad's 80th birthday with the family

The house was comfortable for our entire family of 14 and the location was great. We had Zulma cook several meals for us that were truly Puerto Rician and delicious. The only issue was there was not enough table and seating in the dining room for 14 people. If you are planning a family or friends vacation I recommend VillaRosa Hoallow Beach.

Exceeded expectations

Such a beautiful home! The view was spectacular. The home had everything we needed. My husband and I hosted our wedding here and it was perfect. If you stay on the 3rd floor, be prepared to get a good leg workout. The beach is great for boogie boarding and surfing. It gets pretty windy. When we stayed, there were 2 turtle nests near, so be cautious to not disturb, especially if you have curious children staying with you. There are calmer beaches in the area and some nice restaurants near by. If you've never been to Puerto Rico you should know that roads are not the best and many people like their cars and music loud, but this did not disturb our trip one bit. If you are traveling with a baby, there are multiple pak n plays, a bouncy chair and a high chair. There is a bar, volleyball net, sports balls, a pool table. As a group, we were never laking in something fun to do. I can not express enough how much I enjoyed staying her.

Perfect amount of space for our whole family to enjoy. Great location close to the water, beaches and stores. Home was just as listed. Only wishes was the hot tub doesn’t get hot, and the stove doesn’t heat well. Otherwise it had more than expected for our family to enjoy.

Beachside Mansion Retreat

All the amenities needed for a fully self-contained retreat for up to 24 people. Our large family could easily have spend every day all day in the property but we easily made day trips to do water-fall hikes and explore the only rain forest in the US Forest Service, El Yunque. Our almost 15-year-old remarked: “We need to come here every year!” Hard to imagine what would have made our stay any better. Would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Only thing I think we’d change is simply booking a longer stay.

Perfect paradise for our entire family!

This property is just as pictured and described. It is such an amazing place!! We had everything we could need and the grocery shopping service they provide was a huge help. Thank you Magaly! There was every kitchen appliance, dish, pot/ skillet or utensil you could possibly need and a dishwasher. With an extra fridge in the basement (helpful with a huge group) and a nice size bar fridge in the outdoor kitchen area. Plenty of beach towels for our large crew of 17 with kids constantly in/out of the wonderful pool (which was tended to by Tito who arrived daily during our stay to check the chemical levels and clean the pool!) There were pool floats and toys. There is a lovely volleyball area, and the outdoor kitchen/grilling/bar area is a fantastic place for lunch for the kids while they were swimming. There are loungers beside the pool also. The covered deck is huge and wonderful. We set up buffet style family meals with the nice tables they have out there too It was a perfect space for our elderly parents to enjoy being outside but shaded and able to relax on loungers or sit at the table for breakfast or dinner and watch everyone enjoying themselves. Note: all bedrooms are on the 2nd/3rd floor so do take that into consideration. But we utilized the lovely theatre room space on the first floor for a space for our parents to rest. They loved it! The 3rd floor penthouse suite has a gorgeous view and of course a magnificent outdoor bathroom but also a very nice indoor bathroom as well. There are hair dryers in every bathroom I think. There is an extra large washer & dryer which was such a help because we didn’t need to pack tons of clothes and we could keep our towels washed each day, very nice. The beach area is just a short walk out from your back yard and there are a few folding chairs if you want to take them out to the beach. We had a blast building sand creations. And there are some amazing rock formations just walk down the beach and explore. Some of our group got to witness a baby turtle making its way to the water. Word of advice: there is a “thing” in Puerto Rico on weekend nights where LOTS of people drive around with their music blaring and they bar hop. This creates a traffic jam that is quite a lot to deal with if one would be trying to go anywhere in a hurry. So plan around that for any trips you may need to make. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and HIGHLY recommend this lovely home for your vacation of a lifetime.

Beautiful location and property had a lot of amenities

Property was in a perfect location and had a lot of amenities. There were plenty of towels and beach towels to use, so you do not need to pack. By the back door there is sun block, bug spray, and lotion, so if you forgot to pack there's a supply at the house. Beds and pillows were comfy so we all had a good night sleep listening to the waves. Laundry machines were fairly new so we were able to do our laundy no problem. The outside kitchen was nice, as we used it quite often for drinks and cooking outside. An added bonus was the pool table, which was not pictured, which we used every day. There were 15 people in our party, and the house was large enough so we didn't feel cramped and had enough space for "private time" away from the family if needed. Although we had a good vacation, there were downsides to the property. Biggest complaint is the dishwasher. Although it was in working condition, the lock latch was broken and had to be "jiggered" to get the dishwasher to start, and we had to prop the moveable island in front of the dishwasher door so it would remain shut to perform the washing cycle. Also the propane tank ran out of gas during the middle of our trip, which rendered the outside grill and stove useless. Fortunately the oven and electric stove was still usable so we were still able to cook. Lastly, the property does need maintenance being so close to the ocean. The ceiling needs to be painted in certain spots of the house where you can see water damage. Also the theater room appeared to be nice, but we could not figure out how to use the surround speaker system, and only one speaker was producing sound. Not sure if it was user error, or if the speaker system needed new wires. In spite of these setbacks, we still had a great time and use of the house. It's centrally located to all of Puerto Rico, so you can take day trips to various parts of the island. The beach is beautiful, and not touristy so it appears you have it all to yourself. An added bonus it's in a prime spot for turtles to lay their eggs, and a family member witnessed two baby turtles hatch and make their way to the ocean. Overall a very memorable vacation.
