« Great hotel, extremely good service, great breakfast (has multiple vegan options) and 15 min away by foot from a vegan South Indian restaurant. The staff was so kind, the cook gave us a jam recipe and the reception staff translated the recipe from Japanese to English for us. Extremely well served as well : there is a laundry room and got snorkelling tours directly on the beach. A place of reference when we come back to Ishigaki. »

« Super schönes Hotel, ganz toller Strand und ein sehr leckeres Frühstück. Zu Fuß ist es schwer die Häfen zu erreichen, dauert ca. 1 Stunde, ein kostenloser Shuttlebus fährt ca. allen 3-4 Stunden vom Hotel ab. Die Cocktails sind super die Happy Hour ist spitze und das Personal ist fantastisch und unglaublich freundlich, wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt! »

« Great location, poor comfort. The hotel has an excellent sea view and is within walking distance of the American Village and two beaches, that’s its main strength. Unfortunately, the rest was disappointing. The triple room isn’t a real one: the third bed is a small, hard sofa with no mattress. Housekeeping is advertised as daily but only done once per 7 nights. You have to ask repeatedly for towels, ice, etc. The balcony is a letdown: the space is mostly taken by the AC unit and an emergency...

« Had a wonderful stay with my family at Moon Beach hotel. Our room was big, clean, with a nice bathroom and a veranda. The hotel has a beautiful private beach and outdoor/indoor pool. Food was delicious, the staff is kind and professional. I just want to mention that the baby chairs at restaurant aren't suitable for infant. »
