Stay in this modern 41 m² apartment in Arcachon, ideally situated in the Saint-Ferdinand district, in the heart of the Arcachon Basin, just a 15-minute walk from the beach and close to the town centre.

You’ll also enjoy an 11 m² balcony, perfect for breakfast, al fresco lunches or simply relaxing.
It faces east, so it catches the morning sun, which moves away from the balcony around midday. In the afternoon, the balcony is in the shade, making it pleasant even in summer.

The property is located in the Saint-Ferdinand neighbourhood, on the Arcachon Bay, within the municipality of Arcachon. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and the town centre is around 20 minutes away.

In the immediate vicinity, the Aiguillon district offers a wide range of shops and restaurants, as well as the harbour and the water sports centre. Everything is easily accessible in under 20 minutes: beaches, the town centre, shops and places to eat.

We highly recommend hiring bikes so you can make the most of the many cycle paths, which allow you to get around the whole region easily and enjoyably.
