In the heart of the historic Winter Town district, home to some of Arcachon's finest architecture, this one-bedroom apartment, known as "Le Camélia," is approximately 45 m² and located on the garden level of a beautiful villa. It sleeps 4 and features a terrace, shared swimming pool, and parking.

The main living area faces west and includes a dining area, TV, a double sofa bed (140cm), and a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer compartment, a four-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine. A hallway leads to a shower room and a separate toilet. The large, east-facing bedroom (semi-basement) has a double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe.

The private terrace is furnished and surrounded by greenery in a quiet location. One parking space is included (additional free street parking is available). Shared outdoor swimming pool between the two rentals of the house, open from June 1st to September 30th, 2027, accessible from 9 am to 2 pm only. Use is subject to the pool rules. Children and minors must be accompanied and under the constant supervision of a responsible adult. The apartment is very well-equipped, notably with roll-up mosquito nets on the windows, and easy to maintain. Laundry room with washing machine shared with the adjoining apartment. The adjoining apartment, a 2-bedroom (T3) apartment sleeping 6, is also available for rent (reference 343). Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional purchase) as is the final cleaning.
