Pleasant one-bedroom apartment (approximately 45 m²) on the third floor of a building with an elevator, facing Aiguillon beach with direct access. It features a terrace with a beautiful view of the Arcachon Basin.
For convenient parking, you have access to a secure, private parking area.
The living room has two Moroccan-style sofa beds, providing two single beds (80 cm each, ideal for children), a TV (the apartment does not have Wi-Fi), and a small dining area, opening onto the lovely terrace. (There are no roller shutters, but blackout curtains are provided.)
A separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher.
A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) sleeps two people and includes a wardrobe.

A bathroom and a separate toilet with a washbasin complete the apartment. Your location will allow you to enjoy the many restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as all the amenities – bakery, butcher, fishmonger, bar/tobacconist/newsagent, mini-market, pharmacy… Its beach, bike path, water taxis for excursions, diving club, jet ski club, sailing club, boat rentals… A sunny vacation awaits!
