Upgraded with modern amenities while still preserving its many architectural details, this home's charm is never-ending.

Nestled in the center of town, enjoy having easy access to three, local beaches; Lobsterville Beach (right across the street), Menemsha Pond, and Philbin Beach. When your toes aren't dug into the pristine white sand, check out the famous clay cliffs, Gay Head Lighthouse, and the area's delicious local eateries. Additionally, the bike ferry to Menemsha is only a mile away

Inside your home away from home, continue to enjoy sweeping views of the Vineyard Sound and the pond as you relax. Sit and kick your feet up in the screened-in porch, the seating room, or the living room. The sunlit, well-equipped kitchen features ample meal prep space and updated appliances. Whip up delicious dishes here before serving your creations at the quaint dining table, or alfresco on the side deck.

The warm wood finishes, plush linens, and tasteful artwork in each bedroom are sure to please you and your loved ones. Additional interior perks include board games, puzzles, partial air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

Outside, soak up the pleasant Massachusetts weather from the large yard surrounded by perennial gardens, or on the large side deck where sweet summer barbecues are inevitable.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
