'Room not very clean; conditioner bottle was empty; second day: tea, coffee not replenished, some towels missing; took two (!) hours to get the tea bags and coffee. No water cooker in the room (why giving tea bags without the option of boiling water?). Maintenance so-so. Great breakfast with friendly staff. Convenient location. However: Uber drivers could not find the hotel easily. '

'A slight view of the beach through a small window. I stayed out as long as I could to keep from spending time in the room. The bathroom was dirty and dingy. I wiped everything down with Clorox wipes before I touched anything. I showered with flip flops. The beds were clean and I slept well - the only reason I gave it a two star. The location was great as well. '

'O apartamento estava fedendo a cigarro desde a entrada até os quartos. O acento do vaso sanitário estava com abertura nas laterais, a colcha da cama estava com cheiro duvidoso. A cozinha estava bem equipada com tudo que fosse preciso e haviam até alguns mantimentos nos armários. Sofá da sala confortável e a central de ar manteve a sala fria mesmo fazendo um calor absurdo nos dias em que estivemos lá. Recomendo para quem não tem frescura. '

'From check in to room cleaning to breakfast, this has been the worst Novotel experience I’ve ever had. I am an All member and this Novotel Gonzaga was far from being a Novotel standards. Lazy service. I had to ask to do additional towels several times. Check in took 30 minutes. I took 1 hour from SP to Santos, and took 30 minutes for a lousy check in. '
