'If you like rustic, this place is for you. It's location on the banks of the Applegate River is fantastic. We also had an exceptional dinner at the on-site restaurant. the ambiance is hard to beat. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.'

'Clean room, arrived after 1:00 am and we were provided a room by an elevator and breakfast area ( even though in the notes we requested top floor when we paid for the room online). We were somewhat disappointed at first because we thought we won’t have a good sleep due to breakfast and an elevator noise. However, the room was surprisingly quiet and we couldn’t hear any noise from the outside. We enjoyed our stay, the night staff was also nice and provided us everything we requested. Great...

'Hi, I wanted to formally report several serious issues with Room 212 during our stay from May 27th through May 29th at the Ramada in Medford, Oregon. Upon arrival, we found the frame around the door where the security latch/chain should be was ripped off. The security hardware itself is also not properly secured to the wall. The screws currently used are too short and do not appear to anchor into the wood framing, creating a safety and security concern. Additional issues in the room...

'I went in a little early as I was just coming from a 400 mile drive and the lady was very helpful with getting me a room before the three o'clock check-in. I want to make note that this hotel is the only hotel in the area that will let you bring your cat inside. Every hotel that said they are pet friendly are liars if they're dog only. Anyways, they have a swimming pool and free WiFi. They gave me 2 queen beds and it was a large room for me, my daughter, and her cat. Thanks for the good quick...

'They let homeless sleep in cars and when we told them and they didn’t care! Told me she had been here for a long time they let her come get breakfast in all! They are by a veterans park and lots of homeless hang out there also. The walls in the hallway and Elevator are dirty and pool doors were propped open didn’t make me feel comfortable. The staff wasn’t super friendly. The shower water pressure sucked also.'
