Villa Venus is in a complex of 5 independent residences, which share a large common pool and garden. It is located in a picturesque village of Kokkino Chorio ,about 40 minutes' drive east of Chania city. The property is northwest-facing and offers excellent sea views from the Villa but also from the ground level and the pool area.
The entire plot is landscaped. It has its own parking area, on the front side and a garden with a pool, on the back. The house has two levels, which are accessible and independent as there is an external staircase that leads to a balcony, on the upper floor.
The bedrooms are on the ground floor and have spacious built-in wardrobes, air conditioners, ceiling fans and patio doors that lead to a covered terrace, to the garden and to the pool. On the ground floor is also the bathroom, which contains the shower, toilet and a washing machine. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The stunning sea views can be seen from the living area also. Next to the kitchen there is a spacious balcony complete with table and chairs - perfect for outdoor dining .There is also a circular staircase leading to the rooftop terrace, which is tiled and ideal for sunbathing.
The property has air conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms, as well as aluminum doors and windows with screens and double glazing.

The village although small and quiet has a traditional taverna and a well-stocked prize winning mini market. About 2 km away from the residence are located the picturesque cove and the pebble beach of Koutalas ,while just over 3 km away is the blue flag sandy beach of Almyrida. This seaside resort has facilities as well as plentiful tavernas and cafés. Kalyves (containing another blue flag beach), is a futher 10 minutes drive away , you will find banks, restaurants, a medical centre, a supermarket and many other shops and services. The international airport of Chania is the closest, which is about 45 minutes' drive from Villa Venus.
