Excelent location, next to Hotel and Museum Casa Santo Domingo, with excelent view to the Volcan de Agua, and Volcan de Fuego, near to handcraft markets, restaurants and funny places, only to 15 minutes walking from the central park, here you can enjoy your stay in Antigua Guatemala and take diferents tours to the volcano de Acatenango and other diferent places, you can use the kitchen if you need to make yourself cooking or choose our diferent breakfast.

Estubiemos hospedados por 4 noches un grupo de 7 personas y a todos nos gusto la propiedad cuartos decoracion espacio La propiedad esta en muy buena locacion muy bien cuidada, mas sin embargo en uno de los cuartos por la noche se colaba algun animal por la azotea y no dejaba descansar, apesar de eso muy contentos con la casa

The property is well situated and spacious. Overall we were pleased but some updates are needed. The plug sockets in my room only worked intermittently. The toilet paper holder fell off in the bathroom and the bathroom door needs to be cut adjusted so the bottom doesn’t scrape the floor. It made a lot of noise during nighttime visits. The room had multiple people sleeping in it so it was easy to wake others. The bathroom fixtures in general need to be updated and reinstalled. The WiFi was very spotty. Having said these things we would likely stay here again. I am reporting these things to be helpful.

Excellent stay! Family reunion & intimate quince celebration. Great volcano views, wonderful area close to great restaurants, & entertainment. Thank you so much to Carlos for a wonderful stay. Surely we’ll be back for our next celebration.

Perfect Stay

This worked great for us. Bedrooms all have their own bathrooms with one "public" bathroom. Other than the kitchen and bathrooms, all the living is covered outdoor space. Plenty of room for us to eat and relax after long days. The property manager responded quickly to our requests. Short walk to all the main attractions in Antigua and easy to get in and out of if you're driving out into the other regions. We will definitely look to book this place again on our next trip.

Book the whole space (all 7 bedrooms)

We loved our stay, as each guest had their own bedroom and bathroom. Some rooms had ample space (more beds) for people with multiple family members (we didn't have that this time). We booked and used all 7 bedrooms which I highly recommend so large groups have the whole space to themselves. We also opted for the (additional) breakfast each morning, served by Esmerelda as delicious as any restaurant around! (We are sill awaiting confirmation that the fee for breakfast was securely processed but I am sure that is the case.) The location was great for us, walkable to everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay.

This place was beautiful and well appointed but it is not a house but a boutique hotel with staff including a cook in the morning. We assumed it was a house with kitchen so we were just surprised. We always cook our own breakfasts and there was a cook in the kitchen and someone at the desk 24/7, with a maid and maintaince people in and out when we were their. It was just awkward for us. We had rented the whole place but their was someone renting one of the rooms we had paid for. However, they did refund us for that room. That being said, the staff was very nice and the breakfasts they made where very good. The hotel was charming but iright on a busy, noisy street but an easy walk into town. I would certainly recommend this place as long as you know in advance this is not a private home.

Exceeded Expectations

We came to Antigua with 19 of us for our cousin's wedding: families from Canada, 1 from USA & 2 from El Salvador. From the moment we got to the house, we felt like we were coming home from a long trip. We were really welcome with open hearts. Each and everyone at the house was extremely polite, welcoming and sincere. The 5 star plus customer service received every moment spent at the house will be cherish forever. The house itself is a enchanting beautiful gem. Super cleaned and family friendly, we felt as if we were home. Our stay was completely out of this world. Our family was treated as if we were royalty. The memories made in Antigua will include each and everyone working at the house. We could not stop talking about the amazing customer service provided to us. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I give this place 6 stars.
