Very nice F3 of 81 m² with terrace of 9 m². This apartment has been completely renovated. It is furnished in a contemporary style and is located in the heart of the historic city close to the largest marina in Europe. as well as Fort Carré.
It enjoys a privileged location because are located less than five minutes to Provencal market with its atmosphere and scents, the Remparts of the old town, the Picasso Museum, Grimaldi Castle, the Peynet museum, the beach and a wide selection restaurants, wine cellars, pubs and more.
It consists of a beautiful spacious and bright living room with dining area opening onto a beautiful terrace with dining area, sea view according to the seasons. Fully equipped kitchen with small dining area. A large room with 2 single beds. bathroom equipped with electric heated towel rail and private toilet. A room with a bed of 140 x 190, with bathroom equipped with electric heating towel and private toilet. There is an umbrella bed for a baby or small child. If you have a car, a parking in the basement will be available for free 50 m from the apartment.

We were met by Stella on arrival. The Apartment was in a great location, within walking distance of the beach, the Market and many Restaurants and Bars. The Apartment was very well equipped and spacious. The Terrace was bigger than expected. I would definitely stay at the Apartment again.

This is an amazing apartment in a great location close to everything - beach, old town, markets, stores, restaurants. We were very comfortable in this place, we took advantage of the amazing balcony where we enjoyed breakfast every day and in the evenings stair at the mesmerizing lights of the ferris wheel. Beds were very comfortable in both bedrooms. We also used parking garage which was great to have easy access to. The apartment felt very safe. We would not hesitate to return again in the future.

A great property, brilliant location, has everything you need from making your coffee, to preparing lunch, to eating on the balcony, and a great shower to wash away the sea water and sand. You can then wash your clothes and dry them on the balcony.

My family stayed in this fantastic, newly renovated apartment in old town Antibes right by the port for four nights. The location and apartment were perfect, and Stella was responsive and very helpful. We loved it.

Very clean nice apt! Stella was great in communicating! Apt is on European 2nd floor without elevator and Uber/cabs won’t drop off directly in front of the apt due to town road restrictions, however, minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops, market and the 2 main squares.

Great Antibes Stay

This well equipped property is in a great area of town, Carrefour across the street, several bakeries close, and numerous restaurants in walking distance. The apartment is spacious with a nice view of the water, the beds are comfortable and there is a great balcony to relax on. There are 40 steps to go up ( no elevator) so may be hard for someone with knee/leg issues. It can be a bit noisy at night as there is a young crowd bar across the street, but it didn’t bother us. Stella was great to work with, very helpful and responded right away to any questions. Would recommend this place.

Home from Home

A very comfortable and well presented apartment with a balcony overlooking the street. All amenities work well and the beds were very comfortable too. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils should you wish to cook for yourself, if not you are short walk to many of the fine restaurants nearby, the marina is visible although the line of trees slightly obscure the view. Stella was a fantastic host and communication was smooth and prompt. I definitely would recommend and come back again. Thank you Stella

Stella is a star!

Two chaps stayed for five nights whilst crewing in the Voiles d'Antibes Clasic regatta. The apartment was a stone's throw from the dock and the centre of town is just as close the other way. Stella met us on arrival, arranged our parking for us and was on hand throughout to ensure that we were happy. The perfect host.

Ideale Lage der Wohnung. Alles in Gehdistanz erreichbar: Strand, Hafen, Läden, Altstadt. Sehr sauberes und ruhig gelegenes Appartement mit optimaler Raumeinteilung. Freundlicher Empfang durch Stella und während Aufenthalt wieder Nachfrage, ob alles i.O. Nice property in great location

Lovely location by the port of Antibes and within 150 meters of bars and restaurants on the front . Property in quite location in pedestrian area where only locals can park . Property itself spotlessly clean and has air conditioning which is a blessing. You are provided with the essentials like cleaning materials, soap, dishwasher tablets and some food and water to keep you going unlike many rentals. Thalia , the owners daughter, greeted us and was there if you required anything. Nice experience and would recommend to anyone going to Antibes which in my opinion is the most classy place on the Riviera. Thanks Stella and Thalia
