« It seems the staff was trying to accuse guests of smoking in their rooms so they could charge them an extra $250,be careful if you stay there. The pillows where like toddler pillows. The shower enclosure felt like I was going to step thru it. The breakfast was always cold no matter of morning it was and less then appetizing. Don't recommend staying here. »

« The faculty was nice and polite but… The reason I picked this hotel after a 12 hr day working outside in the heat was because it showed they had a pool in the hot tub. The pool was shut down when I got there and no hot tub existed. The room was dirty. The fridge smelled like fish. There was a cracks in the bathtub holes in the walls and the air conditioner was loud and kept me up all night. The towels were dirty and stained. There was also a towel stuck in the exhaust fan in the ceiling....

« Our room had an entry of linolium and it was sticky. We asked the desk clerk to see if someone could wipe it down for us. She said they clean only every other week. »

« The rooms was not ready by the time I got there. The room is so so smelling so the sheets of the beds. The hotel is smoke free, but both hallway and rooms smell weed and cigarettes. The staffs were shorts and unaware of which rooms were taken and which rooms were available. Some rooms had no air conditioning. Parking were fine and all great. I believe they do not change bed sheets to new one as I see so much dog’s hairs and dirty spot on pillows and bedsheets. »

« The first room I was assigned to was filthy, with food on the floor and night stands. The halls had garbage on the floor, the elevator smelled and had sticky dirty floors. The ceiling in my second room had been recently painted, but clearly no drop cloths were used as paint was on the headboard, chairs, and carpets. The lobby was chaos. »

« They come to clean our room for 4 days, we ha been asking front desk to bring us towel and wash clothes »

« My room seemed clean and tidy. My room was lacking in maintenance. Poorly fitting and functioning shower fixtures. Could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk for assistance, staff said they would send someone to my room but no one came. Very disappointed. »
